The rates below include VAT and comprehensive insurance with £1,000 damage liability, with the option to reduce the liability down to £500 for an extra £10 per day.

Hire Info
Hire Days
It is normally possible to collect a motorhome any day of the week part from Sunday, however motorhomes can be returned on Sundays.
We have minimum rental of 3 days in all months apart from July and August when it is 7 days, and it is possible to rent for any number of days above these.
Payments
We can take payment by debit/credit cards (including American Express).
A deposit of £100 is required when making a booking with balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. If less than 6 weeks away the full amount is required at time of booking.
When collecting the motorhome you must leave a refundable security deposit equivalent to the insurance excess you have chosen (£500 or £1000).
Collection
All drivers must show their driving licences when collecting a motorhome. Additional document will be required and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
A comprehensive hand over will be given when you collect, and we will spend as long as you like to ensure you are happy and confident with the operation of the vehicle.
We also offer the option of an advance handover for the customers who may be in the area. This means that they can come in before the collection date and go over all the operation of the motorhome so that when collecting they can get a fast getaway. This facility is subject to a motorhome of the same model available and an appointment must be booked to ensure a member of staff is available. Please note when collection a motorhome, a refundable security deposit equivalent to the insurance excess (£1000 or £500) must be left. This is usually done on credit or debit card and, following an inspection of the motorhome, this is normally refunded back onto the same card within 3 working days of the motorhome being returned.
Our standard collection time is 14.00 and return 10.00. About 10 days in advance we will know for definite if the motorhome is being returned/going out the same day, and if it is not then we can normally have some flexibility on these times. Reduce your insurance excess from £1000 to £500 for just £10 per day.
UK Photocard License Holders
on 8th June 2015, DVLA abolished the paper counterpart of the licence. Hirers are now required to visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and obtain a CHECK CODE. This allows us to do an online check for motoring convictions. The code is only valid for 21 days (and can only be used once) so must be done close to the hire date. People with old style paper licences are not affected by this change. Drivers must be aged 25 - 75 years.Continental Hires
Our vehicles are insured for use in the UK (Including islands) only. We do not currenlty allow hires to mainland Europe or Southern Ireland.
